A certified green belt will be able to take on short term projects and apply the basic sciences of Six Sigma. The fact that the green belts will only be handling short term projects means that the six sigma green belt training program is not something that extensive.

This is not to say that green belts are not effective. In fact many mammoth organizations start off by hiring green belts for a couple of years before they opt for a black belt. Making an offer for Physician recruitment

Big differences between Physician Recruitment and other types of recruitments are that you cannot interact with a huge number of physicians within a short time period and selecting from those candidates because the number of available physicians is much less compared to other branches of science and technology.

For you it would be a better option to accept the first of the physicians that come along matching your requirements for Physician Jobs to the perfection. If you miss the bus there may not be one in the near future and you may lose good qualified candidate in anticipation of another coming along.

It does not mean that you will accept any candidate irrespective of his or her qualitative aspects that comes along. You should only accept the candidate who matches your requirements and selection criteria.
